The balanced and elegant bent egg pipe from Italian master Max Rimensi, creator of Il Duca pipes, exudes an organic charm. The deep and broad, almost egg-shaped bowl lends a deeply settled air. The angle of the bow, which creates the transition between bowl and shank, visually enhances the bowl's profile. To unify the form created by the harmonious shaping of the mouthpiece and stem, Rimensi chose a horn collar. This Barone (B) unfiltered horn collared Egg pipe is finished with the master's signature light mustard-toned contrasting varnish and an exquisite sandblasting that further accentuates the grain of the briar stem.
