 | Lasse Skovgaard Jørgensen is one of Denmark's youngest pipemakers. Born in 1984, Lasse has been making pipes since he was 16. Considering his father is Benni Jørgensen, a renowned pipemaker for the WO Larsen company, it's clear this is no coincidence. Initially working on small projects like repairs and tampers, Lasse began producing something smokeable after, in his own words, his first 100 pipe attempts. At just 20 years old, he entered the Chicaco Pipe Show on a recommendation from Teddy Knudsen, one of Denmark's legendary pipemakers and a friend of his father's, and sold out of all his pipes. The following year, the same result followed, and Lasse became a world-renowned pipemaker. |
